Typically, when a trader becomes consistently profitable, they advance to Pro Trader or Master Trader. After making significant contributions and actively trading within our group (trading desk), they reach the level of Senior Trader.
For us, this represents the highest level a trader can achieve—someone who is not only consistently profitable but also capable of professionally mentoring and guiding other traders.
